The program is built around a proven three-phase methodology that takes you from self- discovery to professional brand to active market engagement. Over three weeks, you build the strategic foundation, professional brand, and visibility plan that most career programs treat as separate services.

Week 1: Clarity, Alignment & Market Fit

Understand where your experience commands the highest value in the private sector. You’ll clarify your core values and career direction through structured exercises, conduct a skills crosswalk to identify what translates from government or military service, analyze market demand across target industries, and build a Career Vision Summary that anchors the rest of your transition. This is a systematic process of self-discovery and market analysis that produces a clear, actionable direction.

Week 2: Crafting Your Personal Narrative

Translate your government or military record into language the private sector recognizes and rewards. You’ll develop your personal brand story and elevator pitch, rebuild your resume to clear applicant tracking systems and communicate leadership value, and complete your Professional Identity Portfolio—a consolidated set of narrative assets that gives you consistent, compelling language for every professional context. The goal is a polished professional brand that communicates your value without requiring you to explain your rank or agency.

Week 3: Résumé, LinkedIn & Networking Mastery

Build the professional presence and outreach strategy that generates real opportunities. You’ll optimize your LinkedIn profile for recruiter and hiring manager visibility, develop thought leadership content that positions you as a credible voice in your target field, learn relationship- based networking techniques designed for the hidden job market, and leverage AI tools to accelerate your search. The week closes with your Visibility and Engagement Blueprint—a practical, personalized plan for ongoing professional visibility and network-building..
